Jet nozzles for Volgaburmash roller cone and PDC bits. Roller cone bits take side nozzles matched to bit size, with a central nozzle optional from 7½" and standard from 9½"; PDC bits have fixed ports or replaceable threaded nozzles.
Bit breakers for safe make-up and break-out of the bit at the rig floor. They sit in the rotary table and hold the bit while the string is rotated, machined to the bit profile so the cutting structure and body are not damaged.
Wrenches for the replaceable PDC nozzles, plus the catalogue's recommended make-up torque for bit thread connections.
The Difference

A correct breaker prevents thread galling, body damage and cutter impact during makeup and breakout — and keeps the rig crew safe while heavy bits are handled at the floor.
Correct makeup torque combined with the proper thread compound keeps API connections sealed and prevents washouts that can lose a bottom-hole assembly downhole.

How to Order
Accessories can be ordered as standalone items or bundled with a bit purchase, whichever suits your programme. For jet nozzles, specify the bore sizes you need in 32nds of an inch — for example 12/32" or 14/32" — together with the quantity required per size, since most bits take a set of three matched nozzles and operators usually carry several sizes to fine-tune hydraulics from run to run. For bit breakers, give us the bit size and the rotary-table bowl diameter so the breaker is machined to the correct profile and seats safely in your table.
For most rigs we recommend carrying a complete nozzle set in the common sizes plus a matching breaker for each bit size you run regularly. This keeps the floor stocked for both planned trips and unexpected bit changes, and it removes the delay of sourcing a single nozzle or breaker mid-campaign. The same logic applies to consumables — pin protectors, brass thread brushes and API-approved thread compound are inexpensive insurance against connection damage, so they are worth keeping on hand in quantity rather than ordering one at a time.
