Volgaburmash manufactures hard-alloy (tungsten carbide) products on request — chisel-shaped and conical inserts in more than 80 sizes, thrust buttons, plates, drill stems (rods), jet nozzles, wire-drawing dies, hard-metal balls and tire studs.
Chisel-shaped and conical tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) are used in Volgaburmash roller cone bits. Grades, dimensions and other technical parameters are not published in the VBM product list — send us your drawing or requirements and we will obtain a quotation from the manufacturer.

Manufacturing
VBM’s published hard-alloy product list, all manufactured on request, comprises: chisel-shaped and conical tungsten carbide inserts (80+ sizes); journals (thrust buttons) of various designs; coated carbide blades (plates); stems (rods) for drills; jet nozzles; bushings; carbide wire-drawing dies; hard-metal balls; studs for studding winter tires; granular coating and alloying material for hard-faced bit bodies and edge tools; press-fitted parts (dies, bottom plugs and similar); and bearing segments for drill-pipe fixation.
Chisel-shaped and conical/sphero-conical tungsten carbide inserts are used in Volgaburmash roller cone bits, including the air-flush mining and blast-hole bits.
